"A Ritual serves a bridge to carry purposeful, symbolic meaning to the personal or collective conscious and subconscious mind. When consciously created and enacted, ritual can be transforming; linking the past, present, and future into a continuum that can be observed, felt, and learned from."

--- Ruth Barrett, Author. Women's Rites, Women's Mysteries

"The heart of Women’s Mysteries is embodiment. Embodiment is experiencing the totality of being/knowing through the revelatory experiences of our female senses. Our bodies are conduits to accessing wisdom, information, and inspiration from Life Herself" - Ruth Barett

“I hope you will go out and let stories, that is life, happen to you, and that you will work with these stories... water them with your blood and tears and your laughter till they bloom, till you yourself burst into bloom.”
― Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Women Who Run With the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype

The She Stands Tall Project envisions to offer various programs through out the year in resonance with the cycles of the Earth, Moon and our feminine bodies. The program theme, curriculum, is carefully planned intentionally, intuitively and astrologically based on numerous factors. The foundation of our work rests on five core pillars of women's work, and every workshop is integrated into and around it.

“A circle of women may be the most powerful force known to humanity. If you have one, embrace it. If you need one, seek it. If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, Dive in. Hold on. Love it up. Get naked. Let them see you. Let them hold you. Let your reluctant tears fall. Let yourself rise fierce and love great. You will be changed. The very fabric of you're Being will be altered by this.

"The real miracle of individuation and transformation of Wild Woman is that we all begin the process before we are ready, before we are strong enough, before we know enough; we begin dialogue with thoughts and feelings that both tickle and thunder within us. We respond before we know how to speak the language, before we know all the answers, and before we know exactly to whom we are speaking."

- Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Women Who Run With The Wolves

“The psyches and souls of women also have their own cycles and seasons of doing and solitude, running and staying, being involved and being removed, questing and resting, creating and incubating, being of the world and returning to the soul-place.”
